Abnormality #0001-O is an autonomous white R6 model distinguished by six spider-like legs that allow it to cling to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces. The model, informally dubbed ORGANIC_NPCTEST by the community, first gained attention after appearing in a now-deleted toolbox listing. Its name was visually corrupted—blurred or scrambled to the point of being unreadable—and its thumbnail displayed nothing but television static.

Once inserted into a game, the model vanishes from the toolbox and becomes undeletable from the experience. In live play sessions, the entity will freely roam the map, seemingly attracted to unanchored or physics-based parts. It manipulates the environment much like a normal player—pushing objects, activating click detectors, and occasionally interacting with UI elements or scripts.

Though its behavior is unpredictable, it's rarely overtly hostile. Some developers have even reported that it appears "curious," treating new elements like toys or tools. Its spider-like limbs can extend up to 15 studs, allowing it to scale tall surfaces or rest in elevated positions, making it easy to miss at first glance.

Multiple variants of Abnormality #0001-O have been observed in the wild, each seemingly influenced by the map or community surrounding it. While some are considered harmless, others demonstrate more selective or even aggressive behavior toward players. To date, there is no known method of permanently deleting Abnormality #0001-O from a game once it has been introduced.
