Entity #033 - Lilypad Lurkers

Entity #033, hereby referred to as ‘Lilypad Lurkers’, are tall figures that share a resemblance to regular ROBLOX avatars, if not for their unique limb proportions and head. Their body is composed of two colors, a light green and a darker green. Unlike player avatars, body parts on any Lilypad Lurker are made out of regular bricks. However, most of this information is irrelevant due to the fact their body is always hidden.

The most visually distinct part, and only visible part, is the head of a Lilypad Lurker. The head resembles a large lilypad with a pink flower on top, containing multiple shades of pink. This flower is the most easily spotted part of a Lilypad Lurker.

As the entry suggests, Lilypad Lurkers are a species rather than a singular entity. Multiple can appear in one game, usually depending on the game’s popularity. There is no exact number of Lilypad Lurkers currently, nor is there an estimate, since nobody has reported seeing one leave until they caught a player or until the server became empty.

Lilypad Lurkers appear in bodies of water, camouflaging themselves as lilypads, usually to blend into the game’s set dressing. They remain completely still until a player walks across the lilypad.

Once a user steps on them, the Lilypad Lurker drags the player underwater. Witnesses report that the victim would scream for help in chat, often sounding like genuine desperate pleas. After both vanish underwater, neither the player nor the Lurker is seen again. Forum posts from 2012–2014 suggested that players taken by Lurkers never logged in again, with surviving accounts later confirmed to be stolen or sold.

Although there have been no official sightings of Lilypad Lurkers since early 2015, there has never been confirmation that they are gone. Occasional sightings are still reported, though none proven true.
